I hope this email finds you well. I'm reaching out to remind you that the deadline to pay the discounted entry fee for STATE (MVP) is fast approaching. To take advantage of the discounted rate, please submit your payments at least 10 days prior to the event start date. (Price goes up $100 on 6/20/2025)

Additionally, please note that teams have until Monday at 5:00 PM to either withdraw and receive a full refund or pay the full entry fee, provided space is still available. Timely payments and confirmations help us finalize staffing arrangements for the complexes hosting the tournament, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.
