USSSA Bluegrass Showcase Powered By Dudley

Coaches,
Happy Friday the 13th. Hope everyone is gearing up for a wonderful Christmas with family and friends.
I wanted to send an invite to an event I am hosting in Elizabethtown, Ky July 4-6, 2025. This is a  Showcase event, we ask you to give us a look for this event and here is why.
  • This is a beautiful 12 diamond turf complex.
  • Lots of hotels and food places to eat.
  • Only minutes off interstate 65.
  • Thirty minutes south of Louisville.
  • Easy to get to from all travel area whether is Tennessee, Alabama, Ga, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan or anywhere in Ky.
I know many or the elite level teams are looking for better events other than a National event and here is one that will not cost you thousands to play in and a weekly stay. This will be a 3 day event, so it will help keep costs down for your team families.
This event will have 4 pool play games into single elimination bracket. You will get at least five games. Everyone will go to bracket play. Unlike some Showcase type events that are all pool play, which I feel hurts competition level of play when there is nothing to play for. We will provide awards for this event.
This event is not $1200-$2500 and is not a required Stay to Play event like most are and you get stuck in hotels you would never stay in if not forced. You don’t have to worry about any buyouts either. We do have a housing group from E-Town that will help, but not mandatory to use them. They may call you one time to ask you if you need help but will not continue to harass you if you tell them no.
We will ask you to provide where you are staying, just to help us provide E-Town a economic impact for this event.
We also ask that if you have any players looking to commit and are working with college coaches let us know, so we can invite them to this event.
Tentative scheduling for this right now, games that will begin on Friday morning at 8:00AM and last game start at 9:00PM. Same times on Saturday. Games are schedule 1 hour and 30 minutes apart with every third game an extra 30 minute catch up time, so we should stay right on time or maybe a little ahead. Nothing worse than scheduling games so close that you get two hours behind at the the end of the day.
We will max out with 24 teams per age group. If some age groups don’t fill up we will have a wait list for teams in other age groups. We will not open those spots up until after Memorial Day. If divisions aren’t full then we will add spots to those that are full to take more teams. Our goal is to put 120 teams in this event.
Payment is due by Memorial Day. No spots will be held without payment, so if not paid your team may be replaced.
Any team paid by Memorial Day and needs to be removed a full refund will be given. After Memorial Day refunds will be given only if a replacement team enters, then a full refund will be allowed.
Rules are for this event:
  • Teams must be USSSA registered
  • Provide Proof of insurance
  • Have a roster on Line
  • Be paid in Full by Memorial Day
  • Time limits are 80 minutes for all games in pool play.
  • We will finish all innings.
  • Pool may end in a tie.
  • Brackets will be seeded off pool play.
  • Bracket games are 80 minutes.
  • Championship games are 90 minutes.
  • Teams may roster bat if they choose.
